Lilia is a Hispanic wife, mother, grandmother and community friend, born in Michoacan. She andher family have lived in California since 1989. Lilia is passionate about her help in the community. She gives her volunteer help and has given it for the past 3 decades in State,National and Local advocacy for equal policies for everyone. Her goal is for the help and resources to be equally divided in all districts in need. It has been her mission to guide thosewho cannot find the resources or help they need. Lilia enjoys her free time with family outdoors, breathing fresh air while fishing, hiking and camping.
